Fun on freaky Friday
As part of the Karratha Entertainment Centre’s April school holiday program, two excursions were held last week, a sports day and a freaky Friday fun day.
Children were able to play basketball and dodge ball, show their skills with the hula-hoop and skipping rope, plus learn to make yummy smoothies during their Super Sports Day last Tuesday.
On Wednesday, the kids got to let all their energy out at The Youth Shed where they got to enjoy the brand new indoor play area and also express their creative side by doing crafts.
There is still time for children to join the fun of the school holiday programs.
Next week, the KEC will be holding a pool fun day, a sports fun day, a movie day and a disco to finish off the school holidays.
