It has been National Diabetes Week (July 11 - 17) so we are taking this great opportunity to promote community awareness in the Pilbara of what diabetes is, how we can prevent it and highlight the importance of persons speaking with their family doctor if they think they are at risk.

Courtney Capper recognised for her netball talent

Karratha is the home for many talented youngsters including 15 year old Courtney Capper who is a junior netball player that has been talent identified by Netball WA and accepted into the State School Girls Squad.
