The smell of melted chocolate was in the air as hundreds of children (and their parents) eagerly lined up at the starting point for the Easter Egg Hunt last Saturday at Catrall Park, presented by Spirit Radio and Blue Light Disco.

When the signal was given, children of all ages madly scrambled to be the first to find a easter treasure.
Because of the hot Pilbara sun, golf tees were hidden around the park and later exchanged by the children for eggs.
Over 400 Easter enthusiasts attended, double the amount expected for the annual event, said Spirit FM presenter Barry Harris.
There was a sausage sizzle, a jumping castle, cool drinks and of course a visit from Easter Bunny.
Barry and Spirit FM station manager Jo Neil thanked Gary from United Party Hire, Helen and Theonie from Blue Light Disco, Woodside, Baker’s Temptations, Just Auto Services, the Lions Club, Woolworths and Coles Supermarkets for making the event a success.
